10'x10' Vendor Space for the Weekend

The festival is from 10am-5pm on the weekend of September 16th and 17th, 2017, in Raleigh at the Optimist Farm. Vendor setup is tentatively Friday, September 15th from 3pm-7pm, and Saturday morning from 8am-10am. Booth spaces are outdoors, and you will need to provide your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc.  The vendor fee for each 10x10 booth space for the whole weekend is $105, paid in advance through PayPal.  Please contact us if you plan to sell food or drink of any kind, or intend to perform demonstrations with dangerous equipment, caustic chemicals or high heat, as there are additional requirements.
