The Pitch:

Though everyone in the CNCPPD organization is a volunteer, there are still significant costs for putting on this event. These include site/facilities rental, security and emergency personnel, insurance and materials, and much more. To allow us to provide free information booth space to local groups, and to keep our vendor booth fees as low as possible, we solicit sponsorships each year. By sponsoring the event, individuals, groups and companies show support for the Pagan community and are instrumental in making the festival a success.

Who we are in 500 characters.

The Central NC Pagan Pride Days Festival attracts 4000 + pagans, pagan friends and the pagan curious every year. Open to the general public, this autumn celebration offers two days of both entertainment and education through social, commercial and spiritual activities. Every year we collect thousands of pounds of food for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, supplies and goods for Wake County Animal Shelter, and as much blood as we can via our blood drive in support of Red Cross of NC.

Goal:

Through education, activism, charity and community, the project promotes tolerance and understanding between people with different belief systems.

At Last Year's Festival:

We collected Food and Cash donations equaling almost 6 tons for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, the most we have ever collected!

The Blood Donors at our event gave 31 units of blood to the American Red Cross of the Triangle, enough to save an estimated 93 lives.
Almost $2,000 was collected for the American Red Cross of the Triangle, and our Animal Rescue and Refuge charities, Wake County Animal Center, the American Wildlife Refuge, Midgard Serpents Reptile Rescue & Sanctuary and Independent Animal Rescue.
Also, our Animal Rescue and Refuge charities found homes for multiple animals and received lots of supplies and new volunteer interest.

Individual Supporter:

Become an individual supporter for as little as $5 and we will promote you or your organization as a Supporter on our website by listing your name (or brief message) on the website.

Advertising Sponsor:

Become an advertising sponsor for $125 and we will promote your organization as a Sponsor on our website and your organization's logo will also be printed (with permission) in our event program. No more than eight (8) Advertising Sponsors will be accepted.

Event Partner:

Become our Event Partner for $1000 and we will promote your organization as our Partner in our statewide media press releases, on our website, in our social media marketing, as well as any printed material. Your organization's logo will also be printed (with permission) on signage at the event, including our event program. Only one (1) Event Partner will be accepted.
